The complex comprises of The Visitor Centre, The Barn fitness studio and a charming café called The Tuning Fork. It’s the perfect setting for you to network, focus on a task at hand, work out or get together with friends and family.

Co-Working Space

If you enjoy working from home, you’ll be pleased to know our thoughtfully designed co-working space is available for hire at The Exchange. Available on a daily rate or a monthly subscription. It’s a great way to meet other like-minded people while working in comfort. In addition to their flexible workspaces, it also features private meeting rooms that you can book, plus access to tea and coffee whenever you need it.

Pet-Friendly Properties

Renting shouldn’t mean you have to leave your four-legged friend behind. That’s why we allow dogs and cats to join you in your home at The Pioneers (any other pets will be at the sole discretion of the management team). After all, they’re a part of the family too.

Car Parking & Shed Storage

At The Pioneers, all our homes come with either one or two dedicated car parking spaces. They also have EV charging points enabled, so you can charge your electric car with ease. Need extra storage? No problem. All our properties have shed storage in the garden.
